1st Week of Your 30 Day Romantic Challenge

This can be the 1st Week of Your 30 Day Romantic Challenge if you dare to try it!

It will change the both of your lives!

Listen, a little bit of foreplay is a great way to give any relationship an injection of “Adrenaline.” Especially if it has been feeling a little on the dull side– or if your sweetheart has been dropping some “Why don't we spark things up?” lines.

So if you're feeling stuck in your relationship rut, a little extra spice may be just what you and your significant other need.

What we have done is broken down a 30 day Romantic Challenge to be delivered to you one week at a time. Seven days of what can put that spark back in the right place that will eventually start the fire back.

This 30-day challenge is designed to help increase the sweet and sexy elements in your relationship one day at a time.

Day 1: Sign up for some type of event or a class together like a sip and paint. Matter of fact, do something new together that neither of you have done. Make it something simple like horseback riding.

Day 2: Be spontaneous and get it on in a place you've never done it before, even if it's just a different part of your house.

Day 3: Set up the dinner table for just the both of you with candles and a favorite appetizer. Next bring out his/her favorite main entrée followed by a favorite dessert. After dinner and some great conversation go to an area you have set up a vision board, where you both end the night completing and talking about it.

Day 4: Dress up, and have a fancy date night planned that will end not returning home. Let it begin with dinner at a new but tasteful restaurant, followed by an event. Set the rest of the night's mood by going to the top of the Westin (or another tall hotel in your downtown area), and looking over the city before walking into a romantic suite.

Day 5: Leave a sweet, sexy, or romantic note somewhere that you know they will find attached with a gift card to their favorite lunch spot (Ex. Chick-fil-A).

Day 6: Wake up early enough to make time for great morning sex followed by sneaking off to make breakfast and delivering in bed.

Day 7: Stay up late just talking, while sipping coffee, tea, or wine and cheese with crackers. No sex! Instead just really catch up with each other, and check in with each other. Talk about future plans, individually and together and really listen.
